Physical Security TAM is larger than Cyber, but dollars are smaller. Cyber TAM very limited and only at largest accounts. Reps that have mid tier accounts may not sell anything. Former Employee3.4May 30, 2024I enjoyed my time at Dataminr and they treated me well while I was there. Unfortunately due to metrics not being met, the company has completed a series of layoffs and new hirings across the board that have changed the culture at the company. It has become very sink or swim with morale being depleted and numerous talent either leaving or being let go.
