I enjoyed my time at Dataminr and they treated me well while I was there. Unfortunately due to metrics not being met, the company has completed a series of layoffs and new hirings across the board that have changed the culture at the company. It has become very sink or swim with morale being depleted and numerous talent either leaving or being let go.

cold calling is the only lead source - no channel, no marketing and very little BDR support. no cyber understanding and very little loyalty
