Former Employee3.7Aug 26, 2025Managers and directors are great - leadership could care less about SDRs. It’s getting harder and harder to hit quota. No room to grow from being an SDR. Great first step if you’re just becoming an SDR though! You’re gonna have to work your butt off if you’re going to hit and exceed quota! Around half the company actually hits their quota

Current Employee4.1Jun 4, 2025Lots of autonomy, but lots of chaos/noise/change. You must be comfortable doing other people’s jobs (onboarding, support) and QAing others work to succeed. Just a reality when sales is most robust than other departments.
