Managers and directors are great - leadership could care less about SDRs. It’s getting harder and harder to hit quota. No room to grow from being an SDR. Great first step if you’re just becoming an SDR though! You’re gonna have to work your butt off if you’re going to hit and exceed quota! Around half the company actually hits their quota

Incredible teammates and well supported with resources. High demand for availability, some folks respond at all hours of the night. Clients value the all in one platform and customer support, as well as speed we released new functionality.

My overall experience was okay here. The product-market fit is quite tough in Asia as it's more of a North America/First world country product. To be very honest, it's quite stressful to work here because of the high pressure from leaders in APAC. Deel is an amazing business but certainly not aiming to become an amazing employer (I can only speak for APAC) anytime...Read More
