They've just pulled the rug on outbound SDRs. Every week there's another change to inbounds or qualification criteria that makes their targets even more impossible. Promotion to AE has been made unattainable and they're focused on hiring externally. Space for 1 SDR per quarter to promo, don't listen to hype. No point in joining as an SDR anymore. Overall amazing sales org that lives up to it's reputation. Amazing product that is a must have and not a nice to have. As well as the amount of money put into the sales org when it comes to tool, marketing, inbound flow.
