Current Employee Overall experience is not great as a CSM you're better of saving your sanity and mind by not joining. Product breaks all the time and expectations to be proactive when there is no room to breathe. Only way to keep up with everything is to overwork 10+hours, high expectations for little pay that doesn't match and carrying a BOB of 50+ clients with 7m ARR. Browse Other Reviews
