It's an experience alright. Great manager and team, probably the only thing keeping me here. Terrible pay, high OTE but that's something they put infront of you. Beware of companies that have low base but high OTE. Find out how many people are hitting quota. Heres it's less than 50%. Okay product but there's lots of competition.

Overall, a great place to be. Prior experience at a start up would be helpful as processes change and you do have to be autonomous within your role to figure things out as you go. All those difficulties are well worth the product-market fit. Deel's product seems the best in the market for me and this space is only going to continue to grow.
