Promotion to AE has been made unattainable and they're focused on hiring externally. Space for 1 SDR per quarter to promo, don't listen to hype. No point in joining as an SDR anymore. Lots of changes affecting day to day work and ability to hit targets but rarely is there any 'give' here meaning the job is marginally but progressively getting more difficult over time.
