Former Employee2.9Jun 4, 2025Great experience at first but quickly turned sour. Ended up with a layoff that came without a PIP, without a formal warning, and was on the tail-end of closing a 6figure deal. Never saw that commission. Leadership is awful and unless you start off with a bang and stay in the good graces of sales leadership, you're quickly lost in the shuffle. Very high rep turnover.

Current Employee3.4Sep 29, 2025SDRs lack progression opportunities within our region due to lots of external hiring rather than promoting internally to deserving candidates. Lots of changes affecting day to day work and ability to hit targets but rarely is there any 'give' here meaning the job is marginally but progressively getting more difficult over time.

Current Employee4.6Feb 26, 2025Overall experience at Deel has been good. Definitely a start up, you need to be prepared to work hard and network internally in order to progress your career. Good product market fit. Internal processes need improvements but that is to be expected.
