Former Employee If you worked hard, you could hit quota, but there wasn’t much guidance or a clear path for growth.. just more work for the same pay, framed as a “great opportunity.” I value transparency and leadership that gives constructive feedback and direction. I’d much rather have a manager tell me directly where I need to improve than have conversations that avoid the issue and end with “let’s revisit in three months.” Browse Other Reviews
