Former Employee Experience was fine. Coworkers were great but leadership looks out for themselves. Parts of the product are great, others aren't so mature, get pulled in a lot of different directions. Comp plan changes constantly. Company focused on growing as fast as possible and beating Rippling. You're always on given it's a remote, global company, so something to keep in mind before joining.
