Current Employee3.7Jul 8, 2025so i am based in china, so my compensation isn't really comparable to U.S. but for chinese standard i'd say my pay is about 100k U.S. roughly. i love my team. i love the flow i set up in my territory. but there's little guidance on professional development.

Their model is very much spray and pray and relies on very poor sales practices. You have to drink the Kool-Aid hard to get anywhere here.
