Current Employee Very saturated market and teams. Not a company that values their employees and I would not recommend working here
They do not set you up for success. Their model is very much spray and pray and relies on very poor sales practices.
You have to drink the Kool-Aid hard to get anywhere here. Their motto of "Deel Speed" is just another way to justify churning out low quality work. The hype is definitely not worth it here, especially in the sdr side
