Extremely competitive in here but equally rewarding if you put in the work. The role is cold call heavy of course so you cannot skip calling no matter what. Don't rely much on email or LinkedIn, that doesn't get you to hitting quota. Big on culture, probably the best thing about this company! Everyone supports you, and wants to make sure you are successful. The remote first is a big one for me, I get so much done in a day with this 😁

Great experince so far, new company, great kind young people who are calling all day, no other channel really yields results like cold calling. It's a hard sell so far but most people are satisfied with the role, turn over is a bit on the higher side but there are also lots of promotions with huge hiring growth recently at time of writing.
