Deel's product sells for itself but the sales leadership is awful and has been actively trying to make hitting quota harder by changing Rules of Engagmeent to make it easier for inbound reps to get credit for Sales Qualified Opportunities. Not to mention the Rippling lawsuit that came out which caused a lot of prospects in active deal cycles to avoid proceeding with Deel due to the publicity and accusations in the lawsuit. The company's leadership choose not to have quota adjustd in spite knowing how the lawsuit caused both SDRs and Account Executives to lose out on potential Sales Qualified Opportunities and Closed Won deals because customers didnt want to do business with a company accused of corporate espionage. Currently the only way to hit quota at Deel is to log more than 50 hours a week and sit and refresh salesforce reports hourly while some reps are doing it minute by minute throghout the day to snag leads from your fellow outbound reps. Althought leadership knows this they have not done anything to change this for the last 6 months. I would not recommend working at Deel as an SDR now. The good times are over.
