Overall a pretty poor experience. Fired by someone I had never met at an hours notice. Deel is selling some products that are very questionable legally, great company to short when they IPO.

Deel is an incredible company. It’s not for everyone - very demanding and not a company you can get away with just cruising for a paycheck. However, hard work is rewarded and the talent is top tier

Deel has strong product-market fit. There are issues with inexperienced sales leaders who struggle to scale beyond SMB, unclear compensation plans, inequitable territories, and under-the-table deal handoffs, and customer references are limited.
