Industry overall has taken a hit. It is indicative of that but also some unrealistic quotas in emerging markets where leadership was unsure of how to set comp structures.

Great people at the company that make it bearable. Terrible base pay with unachievable quota. Good company to work for, for a year or two out of college just for experience.

DH is a good company culture but a bit disorganized. The base comp is a bit low from industry standard.

no support, not paying well, and not listening to the people who face the clients. The product is amazing but internally the company is so messy that its difficult to sell
