The main issue was that the compensation wasn’t great and there was no incentive to be exceptional. You were actually punished for exceeding quotas because then your quota would just go up, making it unattainable. It was also extremely difficult to get promoted or move departments.

Former Employee3.0Jun 25, 2024The senior leadership was the absolute worst. They operated in an echo chamber. My direct manager was terrific, incredibly supportive, and did an amazing job blocking out most of the BS from above.

Quotas are often unrealistic and most people do not hit 100%. If you do go over 100%, you make 2x comission, up until 200% then it drops to 1.5x comission.
