All of the SDR's cheat in the Austin office. It is the only way to hit your metrics because of it's demand, with little resources. The NGSA program is flawed now, with higher management overlooking the cheating on purpose because it makes them look good when reporting to the higher leadership with their sales numbers. Overall, very flawed program.

Dell is all about the numbers. In so far as you are a number. Employees are treated like nothing more than that and the sales culture from Dell eroded all the talented EMC sellers and pushed them away
