Dell is going through a complete overhaul of its company structure and processes. The huge bet on AI it’s made will either propel us or crumble. In the midst of the modernization strategy company culture, moral and identity has tanked. (Not a fun place to work) if you are making money it’s still lucrative but sales targets purposely made to be unrealistic to thin the heard. Your goal should be to build a resume, stay 4-5 years then go work for a better company.

- Disorganized leadership - Not enough quality accounts to go around - Major negative compensation structure changes - Constant account realignment - Used to be a great company to work for but they’ve lost sight of their mission. It’s all about the bottom line and rewarding shareholders at the expense of the employees and customer experience.

I have a lot of flexibility with being fully remote. I have a lot of leads inbound and outbound. My manager and leadership is very helpful and understanding. However, Dell is moving to a hybrid schedule and pushing into office 3 times a week.
