Former Employee Exceptional Team and local management. Times are changing but still, the people are really making the difference.
Dell got disrupted by their competition as they do things differently and not as fully Engineered as Dell is doing but for most of the customers, that's enough. Therefore it's difficult to argue the price. Finally, HW got commoditized and composable so much, that most customer does not see the value of it.
