Base pay was avergae. Commission all over the place to be expected. When I hit my biggest over a million dollar deal there conveniently was an issue with my commission pay out and from there they moved me to a smaller businesses so my commissions shrinked unbelievably. They then fired me

None. The company is not eat it used to be . It is a Network of Who you know and not your abilities and value that you can bring to Dell Technology. Every one says: Play The Game to Survive in the Company!!
