This was my second stint at Dell and although the company had made some significant changes through EMC acquisition, it was still the same legacy culture of Dell, and this experience was not as enjoyable as the first. Enablement and training was subpar and was not given a significant foundation or ramp up period to ensure success. There are better sales opportunities in the market.

I had a terrific time at Dell up until the last year. The decisions being made are not in the best interest of the sales people and are destroying what made this place great. They talk about record growth every quarter but layoff employees every 6 months. Quotas are 60% higher than 3 year average plus aggressive growth target. And now they are wanting to force...Read More
