Overall experience is good. Pro's: Lots of help when you need it. Attractive earnings. Growth potential. Con's: Leadership politics will literally lose sales, and it will still be the rep's fault. Layoffs every 6 months. Lots of favoritism, "Boys club" without the gender aspect of the term. Leadership is very disconnected from what's actually happening at the company.

My overall experience was positive. Somewhat of a legacy tech company that is doing it's best to stay relevant in a market where cloud and SaaS is very quickly becoming the norm.
