We used to have an opportunity to make an additional $10000 in spiffs. Now that is gone and constant pay structure changes. Also capped commissions. For example last year I got 600% of my quota. I was paid out on 195%

I did my job and blew quota out of the water, but I didn’t know how to pretend to be a seller. I stayed for 5 years for money and Dell takes great care of employees in a lot of ways.
