Quotas have been increasing faster than industry growth. Very common to exceed your quota every by a lot every few years because the refresh cycle can be lumpy.

It is a great company to work for with a good work-life balance. However, the pay is not as good as it used to be. We used to have an opportunity to make an additional $10000 in spiffs. Now that is gone and constant pay structure changes. Also capped commissions. For example last year I got 600% of my quota. I was paid out on 195%

My overall experience was good. I enjoyed the job but was held down due to promotion procedures. Pay was good for starting out but not to support a family on.
