Former Employee Great first tech sales job to get your foot in the door of the industry, but you need to successfully overattain from day one or stay applying to new roles. This is very much a churn & burn shop. Not all teams and individual contributors adhere to the same level of ethics, and there’s definitely some foul play that goes tolerated for the sake of what appears to be high revenue.
Just keep your personal “why” in sight & this is a great place to start learning about selling & deciding which values you’ll be living your life/personal brand by.
But you don’t have to do it alone! There are wonderful mentors that you can connect with to help you stay strong when the waters get murky.
