Overall pay structure is not good, Dell inside reps are categorically under compensated. The pay structure is also not clear, it is difficult to determine how much commission is expected per sale. Company culture is positive, co-workers keep most people from leaving. DEI is strong, reps feel like they have a voice with local mgmt, executives operate in the ivory tower as is common at many large companies. Further workforce reductions and comp plan changes continue to negatively affect morale with direct sellers.

It’s hard to say. When I was an ISR in the call queue I made more than I had ever in my life but a year later had to walk away on a pip. Your mileage may vary but my manager was very difficult to get a long with but everyone else was supportive. Insane amount of contests and ways to get obscene amounts of Amazon gift cards but bad base pay looking back at it.

Culture and comp structure has gone completely downhill due to leadership trying to make up for margin issues and lost profits.
