Still here after 10 years. Have had 7 mangers and resorts. The culture is fine. Been better and worse over time. I can have fun if I create it myself. Products and name gets doors open. Quota always too high so not killing it. But work/life balance is great. The people are very good. The red tape is very high. Salary is very high. No equity at all. Positioned to be the one-stop shop for all AI. Excited about the future

I've liked working at Dell because there are some great leaders and opportunities to learn how to sell and learn the technology. I don't think the pay is where is should be but it's a great place to start a career.
