My overall experience was decent. Dell is a great place for a person coming into corporate for the first time out of Uni or switching/breaking to tech. The culture, office politics, and people are awful. I would come into any role with intention and focus on getting promoted as quickly as possible and network to find the people within your organization and outside of it (even 3rd partys) that can help you when you need to push things through and make things happen.
