Sales Culture is great my direct Leader is amazing cover Global Sales Team. Tools and processes really slow down selling capabilities we could sell so much more but quoting tools are NOT like EMC days. Other than operational challenges we are working through I truly enjoy my job, earning capability, and business unit culture. AI is a super exciting time for us at Dell Technologies 🙌

Dell does a great job of developing you, but if you want to go to a high interest area in the field after 2-3 years on the inside (Essentially anywhere but Nebraska or the Dakotas) you will have a very hard time beating out VP's children. Then when you finally do get the role in your preferred location and sign an offer letter, they rescind that offer letter 2 weeks...Read More
