Recently left Dell NGSA for a partner. While you will learn a lot about tech sales and have a decent foundation - the program is no longer what it was. You will have to worry about arbitrary metrics such as talk time, deal with micromanagement, and very strict rules. If you're an associate or iDCSE you will essentially be in adult daycare. Executive leadership is looking to streamline and potentially downsize NGSA. It's future is unclear, but one thing is for sure - it's a sinking ship. If you're in it, get to iDCSE (inside AE) from associate (SDR), do a year there then go elsewhere. You will have to kiss major ass to get a field role or you can go for a management role in NGSA (lots of internal politics there). People have been leaving in droves
