Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I work as a Tech Equipment & Software Sales Rep (or CTS - Connected Technology Solutions Specialist) in the USA. We have the lowest base of any of the reps at the company (60k) & are not eligible for a raise in base like they are. There are about 90 of us in the USA, and about 700 consumable reps. We are paid commission from dollar one and reps have 3-6 million dollar territories. They socialized the pay plan in July of 2023 & want everyone to make the same amount of money, despite their workload (territory size), so some reps make 2% on every sale and some make 5% on every sale. Between 100 to 110% to plan you get paid 10% on every dollar over and then it goes back to your regular rate after 110% to plan. We used to all get paid 3.5% from dollar one and some reps made over 400k and management didn't like that, despite the fact they only paid us for what we sold. We sell through dealers and we sell 8k intra-oral sensors, all the way to 170k cad/cam systems. Benefits are competitive.
