I was really excited to join Dialpad but after peeking behind the curtain I realized this place was in absolute shambles. Terrible frat boy CEO & very unstable application. Reliability is trash, in the 7 months I was there we had over 6 outages which I have never seen that in my 10 year career. Was laid off out of nowhere after being hired to be a part of a new sales segment. I would exercise extreme caution coming here. They will excise you with no remorse.

I absolutely love my manager and the culture at the company. A fun, kind, and smart group of people who collaborate together towards a common goal. You can feel the buzz at Dialpad and it's contagious. Not to mention, a great product!

Dialpad was not a good experience. A lot of customer complaints due to producst not working, outages and products that were released before they should've been. Internal processes got in the way of selling. Territories/size of accounts didn't align with the quota given. The CEO only cares about going IPO. As far as leadership goes, not great people leaders.
