Leadership and post-sales are a mess. Sales reps end up spending more time on busy work to please C-Level executives with activity instead of being able to focus on results and closing deals. Post Sales team is difficult to work with and are not problem solvers, leading Sales Reps to have to do too much of their job.

Competitors are pretty much already caught up with Dialpad, so our edge is pretty much gone. We were known for delivering a slightly better than average post-sales experience, however, with more and more roles moving over to Manilla every month, the customer experience keeps declining and our partners/resellers are becoming more hesitant to refer deals over to us.
