Competitors are pretty much already caught up with Dialpad, so our edge is pretty much gone. We were known for delivering a slightly better than average post-sales experience, however, with more and more roles moving over to Manilla every month, the customer experience keeps declining and our partners/resellers are becoming more hesitant to refer deals over to us.

I've been around and I've never seen a more rigged sales org than Dialpad, the same AEs hit numbers every year and it's not the territory its the "partners". Unless you're a part of the cool kids club or grew up next door to the CEO there is no career advancement outside of moving from BDR ro MM AE in 18 months.
