Competitors are pretty much already caught up with Dialpad, so our edge is pretty much gone. We were known for delivering a slightly better than average post-sales experience, however, with more and more roles moving over to Manilla every month, the customer experience keeps declining and our partners/resellers are becoming more hesitant to refer deals over to us.

Startup energy with a real need for systematic structure in the sales org. Product is Ai-focused and competitive, but comp structure is behind competitors and career development/promotions is more so favoritism and luck.
