Processes are a bit immature. Competitors are pretty much already caught up with Dialpad, so our edge is pretty much gone. We were known for delivering a slightly better than average post-sales experience, however, with more and more roles moving over to Manilla every month, the customer experience keeps declining and our partners/resellers are becoming more hesitant to refer deals over to us.
