Former Employee I've been around and I've never seen a more rigged sales org than Dialpad, the same AEs hit numbers every year and it's not the territory its the "partners". Unless you're a part of the cool kids club or grew up next door to the CEO there is no career advancement outside of moving from BDR ro MM AE in 18 months. "Promotions" are doled out before they are even announced if you're lucky they might give you a check box interview. Additionally not 1 MM AE moved to even ENT AE in my time here. The product is a very solid fit in SMB and some smaller MM prospects but the talent, GTM, and product hinder any movement upmarket.
