Current Employee Very bad. Toxic leadership and clear people in charge had never scaled a company before, and couldn’t get out of their own way to let others help them.

Hitting quota got progressively harder as I was there. Product was okay - immature but had potential but we were often encouraged to embellish the truth and stretch timelines
