My overall experience has been up and down. The management here is horrendous and is leading the organization down a path of ultimate failure.

The organization used to be great but went downhill fast. Lots of executive churn and product not innovating. Outsourced engineering team and not holding product accountable burned Dratas velocity.

It was okay in early 2023 when I joined but then leads starting drying up, they constantly missed with leadership hires they brought in, and there was a lot of the blame game. Wouldn't recommend, but also not the worst.
