Over hired for the sales org. Lots of politics, and majority of the team is not hitting quota sadly. AEs and SDRs are getting let go left and right, no job security whatsoever here.

Team does not care for employees. New leadership treats you like a number and nothing more. You’re no better than your last month there.

The organization used to be great but went downhill fast. Lots of executive churn and product not innovating. Outsourced engineering team and not holding product accountable burned Dratas velocity.
