Will continue to be interesting as the merger of Clari commences. The winnner of the market will depend on the integration execution and the ability to cross-sell into the Salesloft, Drift, and Clari bases.

Incredibly challenging. Significant turnover (constantly) across the entire org. No real product differentiation over the last few years allowing competitors to eat into customer base. Customer Success org has struggled heavily too.
