Former Employee My overall experience was negative. The leadership was often out of touch and incapable of assisting some of the more complex sales campaigns that required high-level between executives and sales leaders. Fortunately for the current employees, the worst offender of the sales leadership is no longer with the company. However, I found the inbound and marketing leads were quite low quality. There has been many changes to the Marketing team leadership and there has not been a consistent strategy and approach. I also found that the product set was good for AWS environments but severely lacked feature/functionality in other cloud environments, which hamstrung any approaches to sell into large enterprises, most of which require a robust multi-cloud strategy.
