Great company but no real growth opportunities in cetain areas. They make empty promises and control is getting taken away by other departments.

Overall good, pays well when deals close. Cons would be teams work in silos and kpis don’t align with being customer centric, even though senior leadership and old timers love using the phrase ‘be customer centric’.
