Former Employee Dynatrace was a great place to work as leadership cared about its employees and treated them as such. (especially comp wise) Dynatrace's product was very differentiated and although closing was not easy due to internal obstacles and tough competition, with full internal alignment along with massive amounts of support, top reps could close deals, keep customers happy and make life changing money. Life was good, the day to day was fun and it really was that dream start up balance of working incredibly hard but loving every minute of it.
However, with a complete turnover of 8 out of 11 executives in the last 18 months, the culture has shifted where the day to day is longer "fun," morale across the org is incredibly low, introduced horrible 6 month comp plans and leadership constantly pushes internal support teams to do more with less while making customers pay for services that were once included.
Although mostly par for the eventual corporate course, sadly Dynatrace is no longer a start up and went corporate. To return to its glory, exec leadership needs to learn that MORE support is needed for customers, not less and that morale and winning are correlated. Browse Other Reviews
