Current Employee Top 2 product in the market. Can win vs. all competitors but largely dependent on customer requirements when competing against Datadog. 50/50 win-rate vs. them at best. Pricing model is transparent but easily the most expensive in the market. Creates a lot of unnecessary friction in the sales process and costs the company deals. There is a false sense of confidence amongst a lot of the legacy employees who sold during different times (when DT was more differentiated, close rates were much higher, and commission checks were pumping in). Great company, great product, strong leadership, but plenty of room for improvement. Certain sales teams are much better to work on than others at this company. Browse Other Reviews
