Sales org is turning over top to bottom, bringing in their own folks. Moral is low and they haven't figured out how to properly compensate and incentivize for a multi-year consumption-driven contracts. It being hollowed out from what used to be an incredible place to work.

Good organization. Experience depends entirely on the RD you end up working for and how much opportunity is available within assigned account base. Datadog was creating problems competitively and seemed to be a step ahead of DT in terms of marketing, branding and also just UX/Vizualization and dashboarding.
