Overall good, pays well when deals close. Cons would be teams work in silos and kpis don’t align with being customer centric, even though senior leadership and old timers love using the phrase ‘be customer centric’.

Amazing place to work and meet friends. For the TPS (technical product specialist role, which then shifted over to the TAM/CSE (customer success engineering role during my tenure there was no bump in pay since it was considered a lateral move, and in 2025, for a senior CSE, the pay advertised is 100-125k which isn't a whole lot.
