Current Employee Amazing place to work and meet friends. For the TPS (technical product specialist role, which then shifted over to the TAM/CSE (customer success engineering role during my tenure there was no bump in pay since it was considered a lateral move, and in 2025, for a senior CSE, the pay advertised is 100-125k which isn't a whole lot.
But with RSUs, ESPP, and all the other comps, I see he top 5% of people in my role hit 200k total comp in one year, but it's hard to say how often they get this total comp since this happened due to multiple long-term RSUs stacking.
And trust me, even if you're good, you're not beating the most competent person in the office, so it's unlikely you're gonna be in the top5%. There are some amazing, competent, and compassionate people in that 5%
I have heard that upper management is trying to change the incentive program since the CSE role really started in 2025. Browse Other Reviews
