my over experience has been good. The team are extremely welcoming and collaborative. However KPIs between SDR and cross-functions are not aligned and could be better. Benefits are not competitive at all.

The product is great and is rightfully viewed as a leader. Our customers recognize value and prospects recognize the value in a short period of time. The last of market awareness to difficult in breaking into accounts, needing to overcome competitors that have been a strong foothold and lengthy sales cycles.

The Americas SDR team at Dynatrace is rough right now. New Global SDR Director bumped up the quota, works remote, never shows his face. He actually tricked the SDR org when he joined to think we would make more money, we all made less. Opportunities to move into closing roles or other departments are few and far between, lots of internal networking, etc is required...Read More

Dynatrace is great if you're working with Fortune 100 companies. Anything outside and you hit an extremely competitive market for every single piece of the product. Dynatrace is meant for large Enterprise primarily anything else will be an uphill battle. Great if you're looking for an extremely competitive and challenging sales role and market.
